STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER
Strategic Account manager responsibilities center around providing business commercial results and delivering excellent management and leadership to Tube Supply. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the overall global success of the strategic accounts and have full accountability for given account inventory/asset management, order processing and customer specification. This position will require domestic and international travel to align with business needs.
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Account Manager responsibilities center around developing long-term relationships with customers. Account Managers liaise between customers and various internal departments to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our material according to customer needs. This role consists of equal parts account management and seeking new business.
JR. ACCOUNT MANAGER
Junior Account Manager responsibilities center around learning Tube Supply’s product lines, sales strategy, and cultivating customer relationships. In this role, you will manage entry-level accounts and ensure the timely and successful delivery of material according to customer needs. Jr. Account Managers will train to understand the sales process, how to select material based on customer needs and how to schedule shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
MATERIAL HANDLER
Material Handler responsibilities center around working with Operations Management to prioritize sales orders and complete special projects. In this role, you will move steel bar and tube products within the facility and package all material ready for shipment.
QUALITY CONTROL COORDINATOR
Quality Control Coordinator responsibilities center around monitoring supplier performance as well as the quality testing requirements for all material and service suppliers. In this position, you will review Mill Test Reports to ensure compliance with internal and industry standards, track and review material testing and results, and assist in Customer and Industry Certification Audits. Additionally, the Quality Control Coordinator will assist in processing NCRs and Corrective Actions, complete customer QMS surveys, and create and update QMS documents and procedures.
CREDIT ANALYST
Credit Analyst responsibilities center around reviewing the creditworthiness of individuals or businesses to determine the risk involved in lending money or extending credit. In this role, you will maintain credit/collections records in the ERP system, analyze credit and financial information, and assign credit limits within a set authority matrix. Additionally, the Credit Analyst will communicate holds to sales and customers while enforcing terms of sale and take collection action as needed.
RECEIVING CLERK
Receiving Clerk responsibilities center around the receiving in of material that arrives at the Houston Tube Supply facility. In this role, you will maintain tractability and perform tests to determine whether the material passes all specific requirements.
