SALES MANAGER

Sales Manager responsibilities center around overseeing the performance, training, and sales metrics for the Sales team at your location. In this role, you will create and enforce an aligned Sales strategy for your assigned branch, coordinating with the Director of Sales and Marketing, and communicating your pricing strategy with the main office. The Sales Manager will also evaluate the branch’s ability to take on large projects and long-term contracts, manage the workload and account allocation for the Sales team in Canada, and monitor and report Sales KPIs to the management team on a weekly basis.
